Commercial electronic medical record systems cost thousands of dollars per year, assume constant internet, and are built for hospital workflows, not field clinics. For organizations doing medical outreach in places like rural Uganda, those tools simply do not fit. So we built our own, and we are making it available to every organization doing similar work, completely free.
Built for how outreach actually works
DH Field EMR lets you chart patients fast, even with no internet. Records live on the device and sync to your own cloud when you reconnect. You can enter a full patient encounter in under a minute, keep working with zero signal, and sync everyone's records at the end of the day.
It includes everything you need to run a field clinic and nothing you don't: fast single-page encounter forms, automatic return-patient detection, configurable labs and diagnosis presets, a medication builder with dosing math, a live analytics dashboard, and one-tap donor reports. You can customize the forms, presets, and encounter types to match your own clinic.
Your data, your cloud
Records sync to a free cloud database that you own and control. Multiple devices share one organization's records, and you can run fully offline if you prefer. You can download a complete backup anytime. We never see your patient data.
Runs on the devices you already have
DH Field EMR is a web app, delivered as a Progressive Web App (PWA). There is no app store and no account to buy. You open it in a browser and add it to your home screen to install it like a normal app, then it runs offline. Same app, same data, every device syncing through your own cloud.
