Your Donation Supports:

• Life-changing surgery delivered with local hospital partners, including hernia repair to prevent bowel obstruction and corrective procedures that restore quality of life
• Surgical care provided in trusted local facilities, giving patients access to specialists and procedures usually out of reach
✅ Palliative Care
• Home visits, pain management, symptom control, and essential medications for patients facing serious or life-limiting illness
• Psychosocial support for patients and their caregivers, delivered year-round

• Cervical cancer screening, family planning, and maternal health care
• Treatment for acute gynecologic conditions, with an emphasis on dignity and access

Your Donation Does Not Support:

• No funds are used for website hosting, email servers, social media, or internal IT tools
• All tech infrastructure is personally funded
❌ Government & Legal Compliance Fees
• Tax-exempt status maintenance, registrations, and legal filings are covered by our leadership—not donors
❌ Travel & Lodging Expenses
• Flights, accommodations, meals, and transport for team members are self-funded
❌ Branding & Promotional Materials
• T-shirts, stickers, banners, and business cards are not paid for with donated funds—they’re covered personally
❌ Unmonitored Partner Organizations
• We only fund partners with strict accountability, transparency, and measurable impact reporting
❌ Disproportionate or High-Cost Capital Expenditures
• We avoid large purchases that would divert funds from core services
• For example: all diagnostic ultrasound and imaging equipment has been purchased outright by our U.S.-based physicians to avoid burdening our operating funds.
