Vision and Approach
Damico Health is committed to supporting individuals living with HIV through compassionate counseling, comprehensive services, and strong care coordination. Our vision is to enhance quality of life and ensure uninterrupted treatment. Once a diagnosis is confirmed, trained counselors provide immediate emotional support, address concerns, and educate patients on HIV, transmission risks, and the importance of adherence. Access to antiretroviral therapy (ART) is prioritized, with regular follow-ups to monitor health, manage side effects, and adjust treatment as needed. Patients are also connected to mental health services, peer groups, and family counseling to build a strong support network.
Continuity of care is central to HIV management. By coordinating across providers, we create seamless treatment experiences and safeguard uninterrupted ART access—essential for viral suppression, reducing transmission, and preventing disease progression. Through ongoing monitoring and evaluation, we adapt services to patient needs, empowering individuals to achieve lasting health and lead fulfilling lives.
