Vision and Approach
At Damico Health, STI prevention is central to our mission to improve public health. We deliver educational programs that raise awareness about transmission, symptoms, and the importance of early detection and treatment. Using culturally relevant materials developed by our local team, these sessions make information accessible and actionable. Participants learn not only how STIs occur but also practical prevention strategies such as condom use, regular testing, and open partner communication.
Alongside education, we provide direct preventative services. Our clinics offer routine screening and testing for early diagnosis, distribute condoms and other protective resources, and provide counseling to help patients understand their risks and make informed choices. By pairing education with accessible services, we aim to reduce STI prevalence and strengthen community health outcomes.
