Individuals diagnosed with HIV receive immediate counseling, access to antiretroviral therapy (ART), and structured follow-up to ensure adherence and continuity of care. STI cases are managed through evidence-based diagnostic and treatment protocols.
Continuity of care anchors our model. By coordinating across providers and community health workers, we maintain uninterrupted ART access and offer psychosocial and family support. Through continuous evaluation and learning, Damico Health refines this approach to strengthen health systems and create scalable models for integrated sexual health care in resource-limited settings.
